This Privacy Policy explains how Smashmeisters LLC ("Smashmeisters," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit smashmeisters.com, create an account, join our email list, or place an order (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you create an account, place an order, use the Shirt Builder, contact us, or join the Smash Society email list, we may collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, custom design selections, and the contents of messages you send us.
Account credentials. If you create an account, we store your login information so you can access your order history and details.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are collected and handled directly by Stripe, not by us. We receive limited information such as a confirmation of payment and the last few digits and type of card, but we do not store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our providers may automatically collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site, using cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and send order and shipping confirmations.
- Create and manage your account and provide customer support.
- Send the discount codes, drops, and marketing emails you signed up for, where you have opted in.
- Operate, improve, and secure the Site, and understand how it is used.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity.
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working (for example, to remember your cart and keep you signed in) and to understand how the Site is used. If you join the Smash Society, we will send you marketing emails such as new designs, promotions, and discount codes. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the store:

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, and we rely on Stripe's secure processing for payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help protect your account by keeping your password confidential.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, opt out of marketing, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
